The Federal Trade Commission announced on July 22, 2026 that it is returning more than $672,000 to consumers harmed by the deceptive marketing of Trend Deploy, which was operated by Frank Romero. The agency said it is sending 9,419 checks, and that recipients should cash them within 90 days of receipt.
Refunds are being administered by JND Legal Administration, which consumers can reach at 833-609-9714 with questions, according to the press release. The FTC cautioned that no one should ever have to send payment or hand over account details as a condition of collecting a refund.
